The following are samples of the lease and parking agreements for your review. If you have a vehicle and require parking please complete a parking agreement. Any vehicle without a Bloomsburg Schoolhouse parking sticker for that semester will be subject to ticketing and towing. The fee charged by the towing company is at least $150. Spaces go fast, so please arrange for parking at the same time you complete and return your lease.
- Utilities are paid directly by the tenant.
- Each tenant will receive an utility sheet including meter numbers prior to the start of the lease.
