Since acquiring the property in 2008 we have made many upgrades to improve the safety and comfort of our residents. We installed video cameras throughout the property which monitor the building 24 hours a day and are accessed via the internet by our management staff. A new mail box center was built which provides secure access to mail for each resident with a U.S. Mail letter drop station. We also installed a door security viewer (peep hole) on the entrance door to each apartment. Most recently, we replaced the roof on the main building with state of the art roofing materials. In addition, we have made a myriad of cosmetic improvements to the property in order to raise the quality of life for your student at the Schoolhouse Apartments. We are constantly looking to upgrade the property and have plans to fit or replace all doors with an access key card security system in order to more effectively control access in and out of the buildings.
